Bueno realmente yo no tengo muchas cosas buenas que decir al contrario yo tuve el chequeo de caso con el abogado dónde me dijo que se podía cancelar la deportación de mi esposo y bueno yo le iba pagar 6,000 y ese momento tenía a la mano 4,000 y yo le digo sí podía pagar eso mientras el ya comenzaba a trabajar en el caso de mi esposo, si me dió plazo 30 días para pagar lo que faltaba, yo le pagué un jueves y para el viernes yo recibo una llamada de México y era mi esposo que ya estaba en Chihuahua México yo la verdad no entiendo porque ellos dicen que pueden hacer algo que ya no es posible, me siento estafada apesar de todo me quedé con deudas yo creo que no se vale jugar con las cosas como ellos los hacen por ellos saben cómo es todo nomás te hacen pagar para nada hasta la fecha no he visto un caso que sea válido disculpen pero estos de abogados nomás es para sacarte dinero a cambio de nada.

The lawyer or consultant we spoke to was super rude. When asking for clarification of an answer he rudely said “I already explained that to you”. Do your research on your case before paying the $130 consultation fee. Most likely they say they can take your case but already know they cant with the primary questions they ask. El abogado o consultor con el que hablamos fue muy grosero. Al pedir una aclaración de una respuesta, dijo groseramente: "Ya te lo expliqué". Investigue sobre su caso antes de pagar la tarifa de consulta de 130 dólares. Lo más probable es que digan que pueden tomar su caso, pero ya saben que no pueden con las preguntas principales que hacen

Esto sin dudas no tiene estrellas es triste la realidad de lo q sufre un inmigrante luego de 7 meses y haber pagado 6 mil dólares hoy logro volver a hablar con el abogado y solo es para decir que se retira de mi caso pero gracias por mantenerme sin una respuesta por 7 meses no lo recomiendo esto no se ni cómo llamarlo

Poco profesional, pedante, rudo, inecesariamente agresivo, aparentemente racista y caro. Te amenaza y atemoriza con tu propia informacion. Tenia recomendaciones porque si ha logrado casos con otras personas pero no sabe ser amable para rechazar a las personas y si lleva algun caso te va a detener lo mas que pueda para sacarte lo mas de dinero posible. Prueba tu suerte, talves no te trate mal.

All I can say is please stay away from this firm. Very rude “attorney” wanting to charge 4K for a agreement. $125 for a 20 minute consultation, he was late to. Which involved him going around in circles because he was not confident in the information he was providing. When I explained that the fee was unreasonable compared to other firms I’ve spoken to. He asked: So why did you call me then? WOW!

had a consultation with Espinoza back in 2010 to apply for the I-130 and didnt like his demeanor at all, he didnt look up from his note pad except for maybe once, paid $100 for a whole 10 minutes of us telling him what we needed to do. We decided to go with another lawyer out of Tampa. My husband then decided he wanted to get another consultation in 2018 to file the 601a waver and to finish the Visa process, again paid $100 for a quick minute of conversation he asked for a high price compared to the Tampa lawyer we seen previously, also wanting to charge $1500 to request a foia, which is free to request yourself. I just felt as if he isn't relatable his prices are high and he made us feel as if he didnt want to help us.

My wife and I sought counsel from this attorney for our situation. However, instead of helping us he insulted us and added a lot of fear and confusion. We hired an attorney in Tampa who was more knowledgeable and compassionate. I am more than happy to lose my consultation fee than be stuck having a working relationship with this attorney.
